Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to read and use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification, and people who are sensitive to motion. This page says what we have done, the standard we aim for, where we know the site falls short, and how to tell us about a problem.
1. The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on those guidelines.
This website partly meets that standard: the known gaps are listed in section 3. We do not claim that it fully complies.
2. What we have done
- Every page has landmarks, a clear heading order and a “Skip to content” link as the first stop for the keyboard.
- Every link, button and form field works with the keyboard and shows a clear focus ring. The Book a Demo form, the cookie preferences and the accessibility panel move focus into themselves when they open, close with Escape, and return focus to where you were.
- The illustrations are decorative and hidden from screen readers; logos and icons that carry meaning have a text alternative.
- Animations pause when they are off screen. With your device’s “reduce motion” setting, or “Stop animations” in our accessibility panel, every animation stands still.
- The site works with browser zoom and with pinch-zoom on phones and tablets.
- The accessibility panel (the round button at the bottom left of every page) offers larger text, high contrast, underlined links, a readable font, stopped animations and wider text spacing. Your settings stay in this browser and are not sent to us.
- We checked the site with automated tests (axe-core) and by keyboard alone, on 16 October 2026.
3. Known limitations
Some colours in our design are below the contrast WCAG asks for (4.5:1 for normal text). They are kept in the default view; turn on “High contrast” in the accessibility panel, or “increase contrast” on your device, and each of them is shown in dark text instead.
| Where | Colours | Contrast |
|---|---|---|
| The teal “Book a Demo” buttons | light text on teal | 1.8:1 |
| “Sensitive Data Shouldn’t Flow Everywhere.” | light text on aqua | 1.7:1 |
| “Stop the leak, not the work.” | white on pink | 2.5:1 |
| The Book a Demo form’s title | white on pink | 2.5:1 |
| Body text in the pink section | plum on pink | 3.7:1 |
| “That’s where Stanch comes in.” | dark teal on aqua | 4.35:1 |
- The home page is an illustrated layout drawn to fixed proportions. The panel’s text size enlarges body text by up to 40% (25% on phones), in the room the design leaves; headlines and button labels keep their size. For more, use your browser’s zoom.
- Our testing is automated and by keyboard. The site has not been tested by people who use screen readers or other assistive technology, or reviewed by an independent accessibility auditor.
- The Stanch product console, at app.stanch.ai, is a separate application and is not covered by this statement.
